The Renaissance Program is a PTA Sponsored program in which the students of P.S. 221 are given the opportunity to delve into the arts and sciences by choosing an area of study from jewelry design to baking to Spanish classes. They are encouraged to channel their inner Picasso and create to their hearts content.

The Queens Borough President is looking to appoint 2 parents to Community Education Council 26. The week of June 18th our pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and 5th grade classes will be “stepping up” to bigger and better things. Things such as an entire new grade of kindergartners, and first graders.
